Joaquina is a global benchmark for Brazilian surfing: consistent tubular waves at high tide, a sand bottom that resets each season and the dune sequence to the west serving as a natural sandboard track. SC-406 links the beach directly to Lagoa da Conceição within minutes. Housing combines summer homes on the seaward slopes, gated communities at the foot of the hill and early-stage lots.
