Meia Praia is Itapema's oceanfront strip — five kilometres of sand, the second wave of premium vertical development in Santa Catarina and a market in rapid appreciation.
Meia Praia runs five kilometres of straight shoreline between Morro da Cruz and the Perequê river, with calm waters year-round. The past decade brought a concentration of vertical launches that closed the ticket gap with Balneário Camboriú; forty- to fifty-storey towers now define the skyline. Housing mixes compact investor units with three- and four-suite family layouts; the revitalised promenade hosts the oceanfront retail strip. Summer short-term nightly rates approach BC levels.
